Terms of Service

 

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Wisterwild Minecraft server (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and the official Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Eligibility Wisterwild is an 18+ adult community. By applying to join, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate access if it is discovered a player is under the age of 18.

3. Official Non-Affiliation Disclaimer NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Wisterwild is an independently owned and operated multiplayer server. We are not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Any support inquiries regarding the server must be directed to Wisterwild staff via our official help desk/tickets and not to Mojang or Microsoft.

4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play Players must adhere to the community guidelines provided on our website and Discord. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.

  • No cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized mods (including X-ray or exploits).

  • Respect for player-claimed land and property.

  • Understanding that as a Crossplay Server, technical variations between Java and Bedrock editions may occur; exploiting these differences for an unfair advantage is prohibited.

5. Virtual Goods and Purchases

  • All purchases made on the Wisterwild store are for virtual, in-game items or ranks.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Since items are delivered instantly and are digital in nature, we do not offer refunds. Opening a dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the Service.

  • No Pay-to-Win: In compliance with Mojang’s guidelines, we do not sell items that provide a competitive gameplay advantage. Purchases are for cosmetics, convenience, or server-wide boosts.

  • Donations: We do not accept "donations" in exchange for perks. All transactions are considered "purchases" or "support" for the server’s maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability The Wisterwild staff team ("Management") provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for loss of in-game items due to lag, glitches, or player error. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or shut down the Service at any time.

7. Data & Privacy By joining the server, you acknowledge that your IP address and Minecraft UUID are logged for security and moderation purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
