Wisterwild Merchandise Return Policy
All Wisterwild merchandise is custom made-to-order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for buyer remorse or incorrect size choices. Please double check the sizing guides before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item or size from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement.
How to get a replacement:
1. Email support@wisterwild.com within 15 days of your delivery date.
2. Include your order number.
3. Attach clear photos showing the issue. Photos are required to process your replacement.
Lost Packages
If your package seems stuck and tracking has not updated in over 2 weeks for domestic US orders or 3 weeks for international orders, it might be lost. Email support@wisterwild.com with your order number so we can help get a replacement sent out.
Digital Merchandise
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow product exchanges after a transaction is complete. Please make sure to carefully review your cart, item sizes, or service details before you complete your payment. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by local law. Defective or damaged items covered under mandatory legal warranties may still qualify for a replacement as required by law.
